Another Mini Goal Met
I made another mini-goal today!!! I was really nervous about weighing in today. This past weekend I was not on my best buddyslim behavior. To be honest, it was a weekend long cheat-fest. Friday night we grilled burgers and had chips and dip. Saturday we fried hot wings, and fries, and more chips and dip. Sunday, we did the breakfast thing and went all out with it. The only positive was that I did get in lots of water. I did have a lot of fun with family this weekend. However, Monday morning I was right back on track and thankfully I did not completely sabotage myself with the weekend. I have done well with my eating this week and kept the water going. I’m still completely slacking on my exercise, I have so much going on and I just can’t seem to get myself together and get focused to exercise. I weighed in this morning at 168.6, another pound down and almost 1/2 pound under my mini goal and I’m officially out of the 170’s- I just have to stay there and keep moving down. Tomorrow starts the long work weekend again, and I am not looking forward to it. I’m in that phase again where I’m not sure if I’m really into my job. Hope all of you are doing great and hope you don’t have to work this weekend :).
